You will be able to cancel an order depending on its shipping status. Please note that once the shipping status of your order is "Initiated", you will no longer be able to cancel it.
You can check your order shipping status in your account:
- Login to Kering Privé
- Click on the user icon at the top right corner of the page
- Select ‘Order History’ in the menu
- On this page, you will be able to see information about your order including its shipping status
