Shipping address modifications are allowed within the same country and state (please note that in some cases islands are excluded).
You will be able to change your shipping address if the shipping status of your order is "Not Initiated".
You can check your order shipping status in your account:
- Log into Kering Privé
- Click on the user icon on the top right corner of the page
- Select ‘Order History’ in the menu
- Click on "View" for the order in question, and see "Shipping Status"
Please note that once your order status is "Initiated", shipping address modifications will no longer be accepted.
If you selected to ship several orders to the same shipping address and paid the shipping fee once for these orders, please note that the modification of your shipping address will be only possible if the order status is “Not Initiated”. A change to the address in this case would be applied to all the associated orders.
